Happy client
I took my dog in for the non- anesthesia cleaning (I don't like to put my dogs under unless absolutely necessary). She is a nervous dog with separation anxiety and all. When The tech (Kayla) was all done with the cleaning they sent me a before and after picture that was shocking. Now my dog has lively clean teeth.

Misleading and unfair
So, I called the office to see if I could get some info on there treatments.I was asked what my dog need done and I explained to them that he had to teeth to be pulled. Never did the person who answered the phone say anything about not providing this service. I was asked for a 50.00 none refundable deposit. I went ahead and gave them the deposit, since I was never told they didn’t have this service when I asked if I could get my deposit back since I was misinformed their answer was.deposit non refundable.gave them a star just because they don’t have 0 star option.

Hi Elizabeth, We are truly sorry to see this and please apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. Unfortunately, as explained by the front desk when setting the appt, we only do non-anesthetic dental cleanings for pets and anything requiring anesthesia as per extractions, would have to be evaluated by a vet as it might be painful for your furry friend. However, we would love to make things right for you if you give us the chance, our manager at Cypress has contacted you a few times and left VMs to get to the bottom of this as we are more than happy to see your furry friend and perform the dental cleaning when he has his teeth extracted and we will waive that deposit whenever you want to come back, in fact, we invite you to visit us again just to provide you with a full report and with a dental cleaning if possible. Please let us know. Our main priority is to provide a positive and meaningful service to all our pet parents and furry friends. Looking forward to hearing from you again.

Best Decision!
Second time using Healthy Smiles and absolutely thrilled with their service! Kayla is great, professional and super gentle with our pups!! We have 3 and their teeth and breath are like night and day! Best decision we made! Thank you 😊

They keep me informed and help me come…

Barbara did an amazing job with my…
Barbara did an amazing job with my senior dog. I have a 13 yr old malti/shihtzu mix with a heart condition. I haven’t been able to get her teeth cleaned often. I dropped her off and advised them to call me if she started coughing or is unable to tolerate the cleaning. Barbara said she did great & provide a complete report of her dental. I will be scheduling her again.

Joanna was amazing with my dog
Joanna was amazing with my dog. She was so gentle with her because my dog is very nervous. I would recommend HealthySmiles Pet Dental over and over again.
