What a terrible company! We signed up to get our dog's supplements on a subscription basis. We ordered one bottle (one!) per month. But the second month, they shipped (and charged me for) two bottles. These were expensive supplements, over $70 a bottle, so there was a bit of sticker shock. I was upset, and decided to contact them to get the problem sorted out. I contacted them by email, but got no response. After waiting a few days, I contacted them by chat. I told the person what happened and asked that my subscription be fully canceled. He said no problem. Sure. The next month, I received the subscription again. Fuming, I sat down and chatted with someone who was less than friendly. She also said she fixed the problem, but this time sent me an email confirmation. When I said I did not want to pay for this mistake--on their part, she said I'd have to pay to ship the products back to them. I asked that they send me a return mailing label. She replied that they would...but they never did. I would not recommend doing business with Healthy Pets and I am going to file a complaint with the BBB as well.

I ordered Percorten V and was told it was in stock although no one else has it. I asked the order taker to confirm and was told it was definitely in stock. On the day my dog required this lifesaving medication, it hadn't come. I again called the company and was told it was on back order. I asked for a supervisor to call because my dog was now considered in crisis. NEVER received a call back from anyone at "Healthy Pets." Misnomer.

do not order from here they are fraud and they will not help you at all. Sean and all of their customer service representatives are awful I’m telling you to go order at church.com or a different site do not waste your money and get scammed. They are in an ethical business and will take your money without trying to help you.

We spent beyond the $49.00 required for free delivery. Computer refused us that and refused the twenty per cent coupon. WE honored the order as we are people of our word but never again.

I will never buy from this company again. I was forced to give my phone number to make my first purchase but since then they have bombarded me with their ads through text messages. I’ve requested to be removed to no avail.

I purchased an item from the site in July of 21' that was said to be in stock and got an email saying they would contact me when it shipped. About 2 weeks later I got an email saying my order had been canceled but with no explanation as to why or what happened. Then the next day I got another email saying the order had been cancelled because the item I ordered had been discontinued. They offered me a discount on my next purchase but I won't give them another opportunity to waste my time.

The worst customer service. I placed and paid for an order, and when I didn't receive a shipping notice, I questioned them why. the response was the item is backordered, we will let you know when it will be shipped. Since then, not a work. Criminals.

I placed an order in May, received a small partial shipment (~25%) in June although I was charged the full amount. It’s now mid-July and I’m still waiting for the rest of the product. I’ve received no correspondence from the company since early June and they’re difficult to reach. I question if I’m dealing with an honest business that’s interested in good customer service and repeat customers. Basically they took my money and didn’t deliver the product.
