Company notified me after I placed my order that all of the items were out of stock. Instead of promptly issuing a refund, the email they sent asked me to call to discuss. I encountered long waits when trying to call and ultimately couldn't reach a human, so then I tried chat. A customer service representative named Yolanda joined the chat and said "no problem, one moment please" about issuing a full refund, and then 5 minutes passed, then 10, then 15, then 20 minutes of me asking "are you still here?"... but she never returned. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my refund. Never again for me with this company.

I ordered items over 6 weeks ago but the package was never received. multiple emails to company with no support. they just say that it shipped. when dealing with UPS they indicate that the shipper has to contact them. Shipper is not taking accountability. will not use this merchant again

I just placed an order. Contrary to what is mentionned in their web site, they immediately charged an amount on my credit card. I did not received any confirmation or order number by email nor this transaction Appeals on my historic. Their web site is very difficulté navigate, the promotion code often disappear when i want to finalise my transaction. Shipping to Canada is 30$ for maybe less than 0.5 lbs. Now i don’t trust this company, so i sent a cancellation email for proof and wait for their response, otherwise i will complaint to my credit card to reverse the charge

Purchased antibiotics for a sick farm animal. Was notified days later via email that one of the ordered items was out of stock and would be filled within 1 to 2 weeks. After 1 week I contacted the company asking the status of my order and got no response. Over a 5 week time period I attempted to contact the company several times with no response back. I cancelled the order online, per their company policies only to have them ship part of the order a week after cancellation. When they shipped the item they charged $36.95 shipping which was supposed to be free because my order was over $75. I paid $81 for a $40 bottle of meds and lost an animal's life because of this company's willful neglect. Would not recommend this company.

Terrible follow through on refunds! I have called three times and written to them about refunding for an order I did not authorize. I sent product back four weeks ago and called them but still no refund!

Order ID SOHP971234. No notification, order canceled, no refund. Poor service! 1/5 stars. Disappointed and dissatisfied. Beware of their lack of communication and unprofessionalism.

Waited over 1 month for product before cancelling. Never responded to their email case on their site. Stay away from this company.

Terrible company !!!!! I live in the Netherlands, Ordered in April 2021 55x Faucet waterers for $ 546.84, paid with PayPal, they delivered only 31x. No email for the shortage. So I had to phone them and customerservice told me the other 24x would be delivered a.s.a.p. Waited for weeks, but nothing came. Started to email customerservice and then came the message that product was out of assortment and they could not deliver. OK, then send me the money I paid to much back. Well.........................countless emails and 2 years (!!!!) later I finally got a part of my money back, but not whole. They had to pay me back € 227.28 and they paid me € 198.64, shortage of € 28.64 They blocked me on email, so no reply from them anymore. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, EVEN 1 * IS TO MUCH !!!
