Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Pay for 2 day shipping and today is day six. I tried customer care but didn't get an answer, No emails, nothing. My dog needed antibiotics for her infection and I can't afford a vet. Going on day seven and she looks terrible. This is going to cost my dog her life. My order just says Processing. Processing tales half a dam day. I aware this site should be shut down.

Order bulbs for my iguanas a week went by sight said order shipped but fedex tracking number said label printed but has not been sent to FedEx i called they apologized contacted warehouse said it was going to reship immediately i would get a new tracking number in morning at the end of the day no new tracking i called again went thru the whole thing again they said all the same things i ended up cancelling a good price isnt worth it if you dont get what you order i would advise anyone thinking of using them to go somewhere else

Chewy didn't have what we needed in stock but I found it on Healthypets.com. I ordered and a few days later part of the order arrived but was the wrong item- a large refill was ordered for a small toy. I called and was basically told it was my problem since I ordered the wrong thing. I emailed customer service a week ago and have not heard a thing. I called today and the sent me an RMA and cancelled my order. I should have checked them out before ordering. Me bad.

Bad customer service with no knowledge at all !!! No respect for your customer and I will never order from your company again! This was my first time and it will be my LAST time to order from unorganized company! my order was in stock and available to ship then after 8 days of waiting said that it's back ordered! Really? what a joke! Unprofessional business!

I ordered two Azodyl on this "site". I was first charged 145 € extra charges on my order. I contacted customer service who reimbursed me. But the order was not linked to any account so they could only find it via my bank card number. Then there was a problem with the delivery (the fault of the carrier not the site). So I contacted Heathlypets to find out how we are going to do it. They told me that they would reimburse me once the order was received. Looking at the tracking number, I see that they have received the order. I still contact customer service, but as if by magic they can no longer find my order and must transmit my request to a supervisor who will come back to me. At the moment, they are in possession of my $ 150 and the order. I do not think this site is a scam because a scammer does not have fun sending packages. But this site is certainly the worst on the web. The support is stupid, is useless. I do not recommend this shop obviously. Nor the enterlypets site which is from the same company. EDIT: It is January 10. Despite my multiple reminders to support who told me that I would be reimbursed, still no money in my account. I'm starting to think it smells like scam. EDIT2: I was finally reimbursed on my bank card on January 17th, but I had to pay bank charges. In the end, I lost 3 months and $ 15

Scam! Stay away from them, they take your money, then "forget" to send the product, promise a refund and never send it to you. Every time you reach out to them - they tell you there is no refund in processing.

I ordered 2 bottles of pet shampoo. The immediately took my money and said the product was out of stock. After month i called their customer service and canceled order. They promised but never sent refund.
