So far my experience has been good with this company. What I ordered was shipped right away and received within a few days. I placed a second order last night that was shipped this morning, so I would order again. I found it odd that with my last transaction, different card, my credit card company sent me a text and email to confirm I made this transaction. They never do that, I thought maybe this company has a bad reputation and went searching for reviews. Seeing so many bad reviews was surprising, and had I seen them before I probably wouldn’t have ordered. Perhaps they fixed their errors or whatever was causing negative feedback, because I appreciated the site was easy to navigate, checkout simple, and I received my items in time. I will say in 2021 and much of 2022, almost everywhere I ordered from online, even Amazon, has had terrible distribution issues with all the major shipping services, so I can’t tell if it’s the company or carrier problems when I see the dates of reviews with those issues.

Great customer service. In my case there was a delay with the item I ordered resulting in a brief back order. Healthy Pets quickly sent an e-mail followed by a phone call offering a refund if I chose not to wait for their inventory to be restocked. The wait was less than 2 weeks. They followed up with another e-mail when the item was shipped and another requesting assurance the item was received. This PROACTIVE practice is impressive and certainly encourages confidence in the company and repeat business!

I read an article where wet/dry animal by-product foods are not good for my dog; article suggested dehydrated foods instead. I purchased Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend freeze dried raw dog food and my dog loves it. His intestines have calmed down and his fuzzy eating has improved. I will order this food again.

Order took very long getting and being delivered. But the quality of the product is great. Dog is doing better. Thank you

Order came quickly and with everything I ordered . Unlike a friends who’s was held up do you part of the order not being in stock and was not contacted to tell her of that.

Item received and very good wrapped, since it is liquid nothing spilled.
