Good price
Good price, bit very poor customer service. There was no notification of my order being shipped, and the company website dis not provide accurate information as to the status of the order (“pending” was all it said whole the order was already in transit). And the reply to my follow-up e-mail took days.

Expires in 8 months
I ordered 12 units and realize that all of the jars expire in October of this year -- that is only 8 months away! Not impressed.

Product smells stale
The freeze-dried chicken I ordered smells somewhat stale.

Supplement needs refrigeration.
Wasn't informed when purchasing that it needed to be refrigerated. Would have been fine when I placed the order but it wasn't shipped right away since several other pieces were out of stock. Had it delivered to work and was off a few days the week it finally showed up. At room temperature for a least two days. Hopefully it's fine to refrigerate now. It's an expensive supplement for my sweet kitty who is in kidney failure.
