I have no problem with the product I received. I do however have a problem with paying for 2 - 4 day shipping and it taking over 2 weeks to get to me. If I would have known 2 - 4 day shipping is just a way for you to get more money, but not actually send the items with that shipping time, I wouldn't have bothered spending the extra money. Don't offer quicker shipping if you don't send it that way. Those poor people who spent $23 extra on 1-2 day shipping were scammed out of their money. "We have no control over what happens to the product after it leaves our facility." Well then don't offer shipping you know will never be there in time.

I ordered some treats in April. I know COVID was an issue, so gave them a month. I kept emailing to see where it was and received no response. So, I ordered it from Amazon. I tried to cancel for weeks, called and sent emails and had no response. 3 months later, I get an email that my order is on the way. So, now I have it, but i don't need it anymore. NEVER will I order from them again.

I bought here vitamins for a dog, I was expecting delivery for about three weeks and got not the ones that I ordered.
