I placed an order on March 8th, then they raised the price of the product a few days after that and I did not hear about the shipping confirmation, so I tried to get back to them. I waited for 6 days before they answered my email and said that the product is currently unavailable and it will take two more weeks for them to ship it, but actually the product was still for sale on their store. So I waited until today, March 31st, and now they just emailed me that my order is canceled. I would not suggest anyone purchase anything from their store, I am sure that the only reason they kept me waiting for a month and then canceled my order was because of the price change, they could not even stay loyal to the price they sold the item for. This is bad business and they are never going to be able to gain the customer's trust. I have tried to reach out to them through their phone number and their email, and if they were honest, they would at least drop a line or two and would apologize, instead of keeping my money for a month. If you want to get back to me and say some apology, keep it for yourself. Shopping from your store was the most horrible experience I have ever had.

I placed order in January. One item was not available. I was still charged for it. Another item, I returned, and they received it 5 weeks ago. No credit. They don’t respond to emails, phone calls are on hold 45 minutes, then disconnect. Chat isn’t available. I am disputing with my credit card.

These people are PATHETIC. Like everyone else on here, I ordered and received an email telling me my order would ship. A week later the online status said “pending.” No reply to an email, live chat doesn’t work. Called and sat on hold for 45 minutes. Guy finally answers and tells me it’s on back order. No idea of when it would be in. I told him to cancel the order and refund my money. I asked when I would see the refund. He told me by Monday the 16th. It’s now the 20th, no refund. I’m 15 minutes into a “hold” on the phone now. Call just got answered, same “ I’ll process your refund, 7-10 business days.” Think it’s time to have the state attorney general shut these crooks down.

Well, I see other reviews with the same experience as mine. The company’s 1-800 isn’t even connecting at this point. Went to my online banking app to see if there was a charge. No charge was found from HealthyPets.com any longer. So I’m assuming that my order was cancelled. Not sure since I never received a cancel order email. Good luck everyone!

Ordered items on the website. They charged me and I received an email confirmation. On day 8th no items shipped. I waited in line 10 min before someone answered. I was told that they don't have items I ordered (and I believe never had). No apologies. Now I'm hoping to get my money back. Do not recommend them!

I ordered something on 3/6 but Ive never received any confirmation emails so I contacted them through email but no answer at this moment. Called them but no ans. Scam!!

I ordered from them 4 days, my order went through and they would email me when it shipped. Never got any email on order status. I sent 3 emails to them never recieved a reply. Called them got put on hold for over 20 minutes each time I called. Finally reached them through live chat, then was told my order was on back order, it could take 2 to 3 weeks. Why wasnt that explained before the order took place. Very unproffesional company. Never will trust them again. Never had that kind of experience wiyh other online orders.
