I ordered a week ago, and the order status still shows pending, but yet they immediately took the money out of my account for the order. I purchased expedited shipping and I'm currently on day 5 with nothing happening. I emailed 2 days ago inquiring about the order and immediately received a canned message saying that I would be responded too in 24 hours - 48 hours later and silence. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Healthypets.com. Guess I'll be calling my bank tomorrow and reversing the charge.

They claimed item was in stock. Order still "pending" after many days. Now website says item out of stock. Tried to call to cancel my order after 40 minutes of listening to ads about fleas and ticks, I hung up. Tried to email. No response. Chat doesn't work. The only good thing is they haven't charge me yet

Ordered Andis clippers, said in stock. After a week, my credit card still said pending. Sent them an email and got an immediate response that they will reply within 24 hours. After 2 days no response. Called the listed number and after, oh, 45 minutes got to speak with someone. She said it will be a week until they receive shipment of the product. So I went on their site and wrote a review for the product. There was one 5 star review already listed. I explained my experience with the purchase and customer service, including the fact that it did not show that it is on back order when ordered. So I go to their site a few days later and now there are no reviews for the product. But it does show that it is on back order but will ship when available. Checked my credit card and, uh oh, no longer pending. They cancelled my order, LOL. I guess they do not approve of bad reviews LOL.

I placed an order over a month ago. Never got a confirmation but they took the 34.95 out of my account immediately. They have not returned any of my emails as I have emailed them 3 times. DO NOT ORDER FROM HEALTHY PETS!! Its a scam!!

I placed an order on 30 March for dog treats and immediately received an order confirmation email. Since then I have not heard from them. My order is still pending on the website. I tried to reach out to them by email asking for an update but they never reply. Judging from other shoppers' review, I wouldn't even bother wasting my time calling them.

I have placed 4 orders at this site, and received only 1. They have charged me for one order I never received. I have reached out to them several times by email, their own contact method on their site, and have received no responses. I have called several times, waited on hold for up to an hour, with no way to leave a voice message, and then repeatedly I am disconnected. I know times are difficult these days but their customer service is unacceptable. I can not understand why they have not replied to my repeated emails. I do not recommend this site, they are the worst I have ever had to deal with. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau.

!!!!!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Been trying to get in contact with this company for 3 days now via e mail, phone message and tried to chat and no response. I placed an order March 29th 2020, they charged my credit card right away and I haven't been able to get in contact with them since trying to get information ref status on the order. Whoever this company is should be ashamed of themselves. I am blocking payment and hope no one else falls for this company.

Do not order from this company. Placed an order 3/13/20 to be delivered by 3/16. Never received the items. No confirmation either but they charged my card right away. Live Chat is not available and no one ever answered the 800 number. If you're short staffed and having trouble filling orders, then you shouldn't be promising shipping dates and charging cards for items you have no intention of shipping. If it were a day or two with some kind of contact, that would be one thing - it's been 3 weeks. And still no refund or notification of where my products are. The very same products YOU'RE STILL LISTING ON YOUR SITE FOR SALE! Shame on you.
