Placed an order for $166 on April 22 for Andis clippers and blades. Their website claimed the items were in stock (and were out of stock everywhere else, which is the only reason I ordered from them). I paid through PayPal since I assumed I was protected against fraud from a company I hadn't heard of before. I called over a week ago - 3 weeks after ordering) to check on the status as I had received no product and no shipping notification. After being on hold for over an hour, I was told they were out of stock, and that the agent would check to see when the item would be in stock and get back to me. Over a week later and no update. Went to cancel/dispute the PayPal transaction and can't since it's still "pending" (the money is out of my account, but hasn't been sent to them yet). PayPal told me that I would need to contact them and have them cancel the transaction on their end. After another hour on hold, I was hung up on. I am on Minute 10 of my 2nd attempt to speak to an agent. We'll see if I get my money back - I'm not holding my breath, and know better than to pay through PayPal again. Will NEVER order from this company again.

I placed an order on April 17th. My card was charged within a few days of the order and I recieved a confirmation email that promised an update once the item was shipped. Well, almost a month later and I haven't received any updates on the status of my order. I sent an email to their support team on May 4th. Over a week later and no response, not even to apologize and explain the delay. I'm willing to be patient, I understand there is a global pandemic going on, but to receive no response or updates at all is very concerning. I sent a follow up email and will be issuing a chargeback if they do not respond in a timely manner. Will not order from them again. Order and shipping delays are understandable, complete lack of communication is not.

Do NOT order from this company. I needed a few items that were out of stock locally. I found them reasonably priced on this site and placed an order on the morning of April 8. Per their website, my order should have shipped the day it was placed. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. On April 13, my order was still showing as "pending" and no tracking information was available. Naturally, they'd already charged my credit card. I emailed them to inquire and received a canned response, telling me to expect a reply within 24 hours. In the meantime, I've attempted to reach them via telephone (always puts you on hold and then hangs up on you) and chat, which places you in a long queue and then disconnects. It's now May 13. It's been FIVE WEEKS and my order still shows "pending" on their site. I've received no reply to any of my contact attempts. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company this week.

I wish I would have checked this before I ordered from them ! I waited for over 2 months for my order witch claimed to be in stock ! When I was finally able to contact someone in the customer service they told me it was back ordered and will be sent out in a month !! Asked for my money back repeatedly and still have not got it . Now I get an email saying the order was canceled but still .....where is my money . They deserve ZERO stars ! Major scam ! I will report them . Please do not fall for this like I and many others have .

This business is a scam. I placed an order on February 21 and immediately got a confirmation email stating everything was back-ordered with no projected timeline for fulfillment. There was no indication of low stock or out of stock issues when I placed the items in my cart. In fact, many of the items are still listed as in-stock on the website now. The big red flag was that my credit card was immediately charged even though the order was never filled. I emailed customer service on February 29 and again on March 26 to check the status and got no response, just a confirmation that my request was received. I also tried to call customer service throughout March and was unable to get through. I literally sat on hold for over 20 minutes each call before their system just hung up on me. I finally got through in early April, and the agent could provide no timing update for the order and also claimed there was no record of the charge going through (my credit card statement says otherwise). I cancelled the order on the phone and was told that it then had to be sent to "accounting" for a refund. It is now May 4 and it's no surprise that my order was never cancelled and is still marked as pending in my account on the website. The only recourse is contesting the fraudulent charge through my credit card. This company needs to be shut down.

This deserves ZERO stars. I will report to the FTC. I paid for products and never received them!

Never received my order.! They don’t respond to emails or answer the phone. I emailed them over a dozens tines. I used PayPal. I tried to disput the purchase on PayPal, but for some reason it won’t let me. Buyer beware, just because you use PayPal you are not protected!

Terrible service, do not order here, move on. They claim they are working with limited staff, bullshi! They just aren't working at all. Paid for Priority Shipping, nothing, will have to call bank to cancel, If they aren't going to service the people, then they need to shut down until they decide to work.
