I ordered and paid for an item which included shipping. Healthy Pets then sent me a false tracking number and my postman came to my door requesting COD for shipping because Healthy Pets just put my order in an envelope with with no postage. I went ahead and paid USPS so I could get my item and called Healthy Pets. Spoke with someone named Jaime who said they would credit me back but never did. I should have read the reviews and complaints before buying anything from them. Buyers beware.

It appears most customers have had a terrible experience with this company. I can add my name to the list. In March ordered an item, by May I knew I'd never see it. Called and canceled. Thought it was a covid19 issue so ordered another item. Now into June and nothing. Called and emailed to cancel. Lame excuse was the product is not in stock. Seriously! Lies and horrible customer service. Never again.

This company is a complete ripoff. 2 days of on hold waiting for a representative. They took my money and I never saw a product. Tried to email them, no response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this BS company!!!!!!

Ordered on 4-25-2020. It is now 5-23-2020. Still have not received a shipping confirmation or my order. I've emailed them and have gotten no response. I've tried calling them and you sit on hold forever and no one answers. What the hell. Is this a scam company????

Same as other reviewers. Ordered 4/30 and it said 4-6 days to ship. Never received items and no response from 2 messages sent. Lucky they can't get my payment of $50 until they process order which it appears will not happen. NEVER AGAIN.

No order, no refund, no nothing. Calling gets lip service, but no results. They owe me $50.+. Obviously will never do business with them again. It’s been many weeks.

Order placed on April 26, 2020. Shipping was estimated 4-8 days and was supposed to ship within 24 hours. I email them on May 5 asking to cancel the order because it had not shipped yet. I receive an automated reply saying I'd have a response within 24 hours. I never received a reply and my order was not canceled. Order finally ships May 16.

Placed an order and was charged twice. Tried contacting the company but no response. I disputed the double charge and was refunded by my bank. The bank told me they would receive a charge back fee of $35. GOOD! They deserve it. Absolute terrible company to do business with. Find another source.
