Ordered overpriced pet stairs. Realized an hour later I never got a confirmation email. Got on the chat, asked for an order number and ship date. Was told item was on indefinite backorder. Asked to cancel order and get refund. Said refund would arrive within 3-5 business days. No refund arrived. Called customer service they said refund within 24-36 hours. No refund arrived. They took my money when they knew they didn't have the product and probably wouldn't ever have it. Now I'm doubtful I will ever get my $212.00 back. By the way, found the same item on Amazon for $60 cheaper.

Terrible company! Terrible customer service! Received the expired items from them. Tried to email Jamie, no response. Tried to have live chat with them to have replacement, but the person was gone in the middle of conversation. Don't give them any business!

I have spent almost the entirety of COVID quarantine trying to get my money back from HealthyPets. Oddly, the only people I have spoken to sound like twentysomething startup bros. (The last one told me he couldn't help me because he "wasn't in the office" at the time--why was he picking up the customer service line??). I ordered a dog groomer in MARCH and heard nothing from them. Told them I was cancelling my order. Bought another one. They sent it anyway. I have tried to get a return shipping label and get my money back for almost SIX MONTHS. Beyond frustrated. Genuinely think these guys are defrauding customers and would like them investigated.

Placed an order on Saturday August 15th. I emailed them on Tuesday and asked when my order would be shipped. It had still not been shipped and I had no response to my email by Wednesday August 19th so I attempted to call. I was on hold for 40 minutes and hung up. Thursday I called again. I was on hold for a hour and their system disconnected my call. I called back and I was on hold for 20 minutes and finally got a real live Person! I told her the situation. No apologies in fact she seemed a bit put out to have to answer the call. I told her to cancel the order. She said she would and send me an email. I have yet to receive the email or the site has yet to be updated to cancelled. I am planning on contacting my credit card company and processing a charge back by the end of the day if nothing has changed.

Very poor customer service. Been trying with phone calls and emails since November 19, 2019 with not even a courtesy response. This is now August, 2020. I received close to expiration products and wanted them to return and give me items I could actually have till expiration. They don’t stand behind their promises. Buyer beware!

Ordered and paid of for 32oz of fish oil. Received a 16oz bottle. I just asked for them to send me another 16oz bottle. Customer service line is a joke; it hangs up after waiting 20 minutes. I have ordered from them in the past with no issues. Company has gone off the rails!

Ordered something that was in stock, got a message it was out of stock, and then no contact for 30+days. Even wrote to complain (was tired of being on hold for 20+ minutes), and no response, other than to give me an automated response asking me to rate them - when immediately below the message begged for them to respond to me. Will never try them again.

Awful customer service. I placed my order on 7/6. As of 7/14 I had not received my order and it still showed pending. I emailed them and they responded asking if I still hadn't received my order. I advised them no and they still haven't responded 6 days later and my order after 2 weeks still says pending. Shop elsewhere!
