This place is horrible. I ordered an item on 12/12/20. They charged me right away, created a shipping label 12/14/20...and well....it hasn't shipped yet. It's been sitting in their "warehouse" for over 5 days, and still not shipped? Does USPS, FEDEX, or UPS not pick up there??? I've called twice and got the same response, "I can't refund your money until I talk to the warehouse". Well clearly no one works in the warehouse. I've put in a dispute with my cc company.

I ordered the TRP-Synovial-Flex Soft Chews 240 Ct on December 4th for $64.09. My order number was W-1228477. This is the very first time I have ordered off of this website (Healthypets) because I know for a fact this chew works. I get it locally at my vets office for twice the price, hence why I decided to order it online. I waited until the 14th (10 days later) to give them a call to see why I haven't received the product, or an email stating why I haven't received it. I was told it was backordered (had no idea) and that it would ship out on the 16th. Today is the 17th and I have yet to receive any communication from them about my order. I called again and was told it is out of stock and she had no idea when it would be back in stock. Poor customer service. Very poor communication. Like most pet owners our animals are like family and I expect to get what I paid for or at the very least an email letting me know the status of my order. My dog is back to limping because she's been out of it for too long. I requested a refund and the lady had no drive to make it right or even see if they had it in stock in a smaller size. If I hadn't reached out to this company I would still be sitting here wondering where my order is watching my dog get worse. I understand that Covid is affecting everyone right now, which means your customer service needs to be all that better at communicating instead of waiting for the consumer to call you. I will not recommend this company.

I placed my order that should have had 20% off per advertisement. Called to confirm the discount and was told my item was an exception, even though the add showed it was. The woman I spoke with said told me there was nothing she could do. I suggested she let management know of the false advertising and she hung up on me. This is the second time I have spoken with a woman from Healthy Pets that was rude on the phone. I will be looking elsewhere for my dogs medicine.

Terrible terrible company. Worst customer service experience. I live in NZ and ordered some cat stuff for our cat as I was tempted by their prices in their emails, with which they bombard me everyday. So ordered and kept waiting and waiting but no indication of shipping. Finally sent them many emails asking for process of my order but again no response at all, not one email answering my inquiries. Got pissed off and took this matter to Paypal(yes, I used paypal ). Asked paypal to cancel my payment to healthypets as I have not received any response to my numerous and legitimate inquiries of my order shipping. And one day after I talked to paypal, healthypets sent me emails saying that shipping was delayed because two items in my order were not in stock, which was total BS as these items appear to be in stock on their website. Yes their prices are a bit cheaper than their competitors. But considering mental exhaustion and time waste, it is not worth dealing with healthypets. Will never order from them again. They said they shipped my order partially, but the tracking they provided turned out to be fake. This company is a joke. Stay away from this company for the sake of your purse and your pets' health.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! After sending unopened bags of treats back, they still won't give you your money back, and also say they will charge you a 20% restocking fee. I've been waiting for over a month now for a simple refund of $29.00, and they will not answer any emails, nor refund even though I have the tracking that shows they received the product back. DON'T BUY FROM HEALTHYPETS.COM or ENTIRELYPETS.COM - same company, same fraudulent policy. Use CHEWY.COM, they are awesome!!

I bought some things with express shipping to arrive in 2 to 4 days, I paid for the special shipping but they received the money and did not pay for the fast shipping. I received it after the time I needed it. I sent emails replied the first one and when I asked for my money back from the shipping they didn't respond anymore.

Return policy sucks! Will not do an exchange, only refund after they charge you a 20% restocking fee.

Dont buy here. Im from the Netherlands. Im waiting now for 3 weeks for my package No answer, nothing. Its the same Company as Entirely Pets...
