THE FULFILLMENT ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ORDER WERE NOT DUE TO THE SELLER. Dear Customer, According to FedEx Tracking, your order was delivered 5/1 and has been awaiting pick up for 8 days now. Unless you have a special arrangement with FedEx, they do not contact customers of their package arrivals. We apologize if this has created any inconvenience. It's unfortunate that you didn't contact us prior to leaving your review. 1-800-990-9681 exts 460/777
