Questionable Practices
I did not place this order nor the one previous to this. I received an email notification on 5/14 that I am now eligible to place a reorder which I did not do. When I used your coupon to receive a discount prescription, there was no mention of a monthly auto renewal and auto billing of my credit card and the receipt I received did not list this as well. I tried to locate in my healthymale.com account webpage a way to stop the auto renewal but there does not appear to be a way to do this nor to remove my credit card. This practice of billing my card for purchases I did not authorize must cease and desist immediately.

Dear Alex, We had a chance to speak on the phone and resolved all the issues that you address in your above complaint. You no longer will receive auto refills, and when you have returned the recent unwanted order shipped to you, you will receive a refund. In effect as of 5/17 we have ceased and desisted the use of your credit card. If you want to use us to fulfill orders in the future, you will need to contact us by phone to place a new order and provide us with a valid credit card at that time of service. All these terms were negotiated in good faith. Please contact me at 1-800-990-9681 ext 777 to have a conversation about the questionable intent of your review.
