I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and currently own a TAO mat — now I’m considering getting a stronger version. I’ve been in contact with Natasha for a long time, and she has always been incredibly helpful and kind. Great products and amazing customer service!

I have purchased several items from healthy line. In addition to great quality products I also heard they have fantastic customer support. I purchased an air purifier and it stopped working. The customer service , Natasha was amazing and thorough and supportive!! I am so grateful. You have a forever customer !!

Excellent Customer Service
Unparalleled customer service! I inquired if I could buy another control head, as I couldn't find a parts list. Before I knew it I had a new one in my possession. Natasha's only Q, what's your address? I loved my Healthy Line heating pad before, more therapeutic than ordinary heating pads, will not buy any other brand now.

Great company, great product
We love the warm comfort of our large Tao mat. The product is a great addition to our health regiment. HealthyLine's customer service is above and beyond.

HealthyLine heating pad still works!
We have had our HealthyLine heating pad for over a year and are very happy with the results. We sleep better and feel more relaxed. Also, the pad is very convenient; it's set up in our spare bedroom, so we can get a health treatment without leaving the house!
