I absolutely love my small TAO mat. I have had it for several months and use it as much as possible. It is very soothing to my lower back pain and I notice a difference in the severity after I have used this mat for an hour or so. It is the only heated pad that I have found that allows you to lay on it and even though it is full of crystals it is soft and conforms to the lower back all the while giving it a ton of support! One of my best purchases and thank you HealthyLine for making such a fantastic product! I won't go without one ever again.
