I have learned a whole lot about how to take care of my foot would highly recommend this to anyone

I have been very happy with the interaction and help that I have received from Cheryl, the online PT that has helped guide me through some painful injuries. Besides having knee issues, I have been dealing with IT band, hip and achilles tendinitis for over a year and Cheryl has sent me some videos to help ease some of my pain and stiffness to help get me moving better. She even guided me with some other exercises while I was seeing a PT that my dr ordered. Between seeing my own PT and Cheryl I am feeling a lot better than I did before, so thank you for offering this service.

Yes, Health Outcomes has been great. Cheryl the PT regularly checks on my progress and offers advuce and encouragement
