This is my second time going through HealthLabs to have labwork done and it's been just as positive as an experience. The checkout is simple and easy. I can go to my local lab without an appointment, which makes it really convenient to actually get the labwork done. The labwork process is always fantastic as well. The longest part is waiting after checking in. The first time I went, I was called back less than 3 minutes after checking in. This time was less than 15, but there were also a few other people ahead of me. The result is always really easy to understand and you can reach out to Support and get a response very quickly. In my first test, I had to reach out to customer support for a quick update and I got a response in less than 20 minutes.

Everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. Caring, attentive, informative and promptness for patients. I will continue to come here when my family doctor isn’t an option. I was very well taken care of within 24 hours of purchase and testing!!!!! Definitely exceeded my expectations!!!!!
