Don't use them if you're in a rush to get it done. I went to 3 locations, none of which were able to get it done, for various reasons. I had to switch to a different company because I needed it done quickly. When I called for a refund, they charged me a 20% cancelation fee. I had to pay for their incompetence. Awful.

I ordered the Sciatica brace, I was very disappointed.. the quality was bad .. One size fits all, and so cheaply made. I put the brace on, and it didn't fit nor touch the areas affected. In essence, it was a piece of trash! I'm sending it back to the company, but they've made this very difficult. Also, I was sent two braces... I only ordered one. I think this is a shady company,,, I will probably never get my money back. I'm starting Physical therapy tomorrow... I really hoped this brace would be my answer.

Terrible and misleading advertising around wait times for results. I did those because it said results were within 12 hours - had I have known this would not be the case I wouldn’t have done the testing at all. I have sent two emails to complain and request a refund but nil response.

I got my lab drawn on 5/4 and paid for expedited results (results guaranteed within 24 hours). It is currently 5/9 and still no results. I contacted the support team and was told results by end of day yesterday for sure, and still no results. I contacted the support team again today and was told no update and no ETA. I was also told I cannot discuss a full refund until I get the results, which they are unsure of when that will be. Extremely unprofessional and felt as though no one is working to solve this issue.

I’m not sure how their quality is on actual testing, my 1 star (should be 0) is based on the checkout process. They charged me before I actually hit submit, after putting my card information in, I was reading through all of their privacy policies on the next page, before hitting submit. I decided to change my mind on the test once I found out I wouldn’t get igg results with the HSV test. So I checked my email, no confirmation of the payment, used the link to create a password to my account & found out they charged me. When I called to cancel the order, they informed me that I have to pay a 20% cancellation fee! So they got a free 15.80$ off of me! Within 5 minutes & I didn’t even actually Use any of their service! So make sure you do your research Before going to the payment page because HSV tests only confirm positive or negative. I went to planned parenthood for that.

I had one of the peanut butter filled balls, purchased at Woolworths. First, it gave me the worst digestive distress I have ever experienced. It was consumed on an empty stomach, so that eliminates the possibility of other sources. Second, the product itself was sub par. The centre had the tiniest amount of peanut butter and was not at all "creamy", as stated on the packaging. Absolutely would not recommend.

BEWARE. DO NOT CONNECT YOUR PAYPAL UNLESS YOU INTEND TO PLACE YOUR PAYMENT. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY BEFORE YOU EVEN PLACE THE ORDER.

I ordered a blood test to be drawn at Quest Labs. The next day, they sent orders for that test to be done at LabCorp. I called HealthLabs as soon as I got the order and spoke to two different people. I told them I was going to Quest for other tests and the test needed to be done that day, at Quest, with the other tests. The first person I spoke with said they would change the order to Quest, then came back and said they would not. Either I had to get it done at LabCorp or I could cancel for a partial refund and they would keep a fee. I told them a partial refund was not acceptable, but a full refund would be. The second person I spoke to said that a supervisor had refused to issue a full refund. A couple of weeks later, I again reached out and told them I’d initiate a chargeback and put out negative reviews if they would not make this right with a full refund, and again they refuse. It’s the only time I’ve ordered from them, and it feels like a bait and switch.
