The site was easy to navigate. I like how I could add the tests to cart and then pick a testing location based on what services are available. The portal had the results nicely organized as well.

It’s not the first time I use their services. I was suffering from seasonal allergies and I decided to order a comprehensive blood test plus other additional tests to have a peace of mind. The process is very simple. Create an account, choose the tests you’d like, pay and choose your lab. They give you step by step instructions. Then you scan your paperwork at the lab, the tech draws your blood, you provide urine sample if needed and you get your results in a day or two. Mine even came in on Sunday. They clearly indicate if the test is Normal or Abnormal. And they attach a PDF file to give you additional info with the range of your parameters. It’s very detailed and self-explanatory. I’d definitely recommend their services and I’ll be using them in the future.

Simplicity of ordering and not having to make an appointment was great. The two employees I came in contact with in the office were professional and friendly.
