Everything good except the check in process at this facility. Being a hospital we had to go through a complete check in and registration even though we were prepaid and not really their patients.

It is very convenient to be able to order blood work online and go to a lab for the draw. I appreciate having this service available.

Ordering test was a breeze. Testing process was very quick. Only challenge was checking in. Nurse had to find me in the system. Test results were expedited within 2 days.

Online ordering of labwork was easy. Lab draw was very quick. Technician was professional and efficient. Was not comfortable carrying cup of urine down the hall back to the blood draw room. My dr office normally has a 2-way access door in the bathroom for urine samples.

when you check in the clinic you can just scan the bar code on the page you recieve... the staff was not familiar with this and i had some trouble until i found this out. the lady was impossible to deal with but i had a pleasant experience at another location. overall this was very efficient and inexpensive service, i would use it again.
