They do not support this offer If you have a return , they want you to take pictures and only give 10% or 15% refund HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their neck brace was rubbish. Hard as a rock, cheap quality and doesnt fit. No guarantee or instructions. Return address is China even though shipped locally. Very poor quality, absolute rip off for $109 AUD. Its a real scam.

Very bad quality, plastic, horrible ! stay away. It’s a scam. 30 days guarantee return: You have to pay more amount of you pay for product only for shipping cost so its not worth it. They do know that, and for this reason, you will be losing always. Stay away from it.

My test results took 2 weeksnto get back. I have gotten several tests done through this company and ibe always gotten the results back next or two days. After the 4th day i got another test because i needed the results now and i got that test back the next which were neg. and i had gotten a test the friday prior which were also negative. so it didnt make sense this one was taking so long. i had called an emailed a lot which each response giving a totally different reason on why itnwas taking so long. so i get the results back to say everything is abnormal. 9 panel drug screen that makes no sense expecally when i had one done right before an right after that read negative. I think they lost my results and instead of being honest with me they thought this would be a good out. I would never spend this money or take this test if i knew it would be anything other then negative. im so upset over this because i do NOT use any drugs so there should be no reason it would be anything other then another negative test. now im out all this money and i have this test attached to my name which is WRONG. i tried calling but the lady said she has no idea what that means. again i would never spend that money or come in if it would be anything but negative on top of i dont do drugs period. its not even possible for someone to be on 9 different substances and not be in the hospital. i really believe they lost my test because of how long it took and the many different excuses.

before you can see where appointments are available, or even view the different labs within your region, you have to pay for the complete set of tests up front. You'll think you are preparing to check out, but you'll see a screen saying "your account has been charged". Call immediately to a customer service person who is ready for this call and immediately says "OK, I understand, but there is a 20% restocking fee". I swear it's true, she said "restocking fee". Not even pretending to be legitimate.

Terrible experience with this company. It’s been three weeks since I gave my sample for the sports panel I ordered, and still no results. Every time I ask they just say they’re sorry and it will take more time - adding time each time I contact them. I’m wondering if these other reviews are even real, as at this point I’m inclined to believe I’ve been scammed and I’ll never see my results - which I really needed.

Found the healthlabs site through a Google search for an H. Pylori breath test. Since Healthlabs has so many affiliates, it is the first result that came up. Paid for the test, scheduled the test, went to the lab today after skipping my medications and fasting only to find out that the test they're selling is a blood antibody test and not a breath test. So it was a huge waste of time and HealthLabs got their precious 20% non-refundable fee that they've likely made millions of dollars from misleading customers like me.
