Smooth & Easy
I ordered my tests online. I found a location that was open on Saturdays and headed to the address. I guess they had recently moved thought it had not been updated on their website so I called. The lady that answered (on the second ring) was very sweet and gave me the updated address which was only 2 minutes from where I was sitting. I found the place and headed in. The same sweet lady was not just checking people in but also giving a quick lesson to an employee that was helping from upstairs. She multitasks very well and all the while remaining professional and sweet. I guess "atlas" is a system that only handles online patients but not a system they are generally in. They couldn't find me in their normal system so she asked if I had requested labs online. I quickly told her yes and within a moment, she had my paperwork ready for me to go back and have my blood drawn. A few moments in the chair and I was on my way. As I said, this was smooth and easy.
