Easy to navigate

Easy and simple process. I've been trying to get into my doctor for over a year and they haven't been able to get me in for a simple iron blood panel. Finally looked online and found Health Labs as a good alternative. Incredibly quick turnaround, the next day received results. The only downside was - At checkout I saw that you had the option to speak with a doctor about the results, so I was excited to see that. After I got my results, I was unsure about how to put all the information together as my count was high in an area I hadn't been before. I went to go schedule a time to speak with a doctor and there's an additional $95 charge for that. I understand the need to be paid for your job so that's not why I docked a star, it was for that fact that I thought that speaking with a dr automatically came with the blood test. May want to reconsider how that is presented and make sure clients know it's an additional fee. But overall, nice easy way to get information on a issue/condition you are monitoring without the hassle of going into your primary.

Everyone was professional and made a stressful situation calm

Friendly staff, quick service and affordable for uninsured patients like myself. And had my results the very next day. Felt more confident once I found out it was the outpatient lab for a major hospital. Will definitely be using their services from now on to do my proactive blood work.

Prices were similar to competitors' prices, but they offered some tests that others didn't. Results were easy to read. I wanted to apply a coupon I found online, but there was nowhere to enter it when checking out. The online chat support said you need to call customer service for them to apply coupon codes so I didn't bother.
