Very good customer service

The staff was friendly, capable and efficient. I was only in the office for 5 minutes total. Usually, the person drawing blood from me has to take several tries to get a sample, but she got it right the first time, and it hardly hurt a bit. I was impressed. I will return if I ever need a blood draw again.

I contacted Health Labs from scanning the Internet. As a Canadian wintering in the US, allergies are not considered a medical emergency, covered by my Travel insurance. I was experiencing chronic allergy symptoms and determined that I was possibly increasingly allergic to my cat. I filled out he necessary information on-line. When I had a question, I contacted Customer Service. Amazing service...professional, helpful and friendly. I went for the blood test at my nearest Quest Labs and the results were e-mailed to me three days later. I will continue to use Healthlabs for any other testing I require or desire. Highly recommend!

Very nice people and was an extremely quick process

I was pleased with my experience. I had no Dr or insurance to go through and found the experience to be fast on the website to set up and the experience at the lab to be easy and quick. I got results in 24 hours and called the helpline for an explanation and was happy with the customer service I got. I would do it again if the need arose.

Quick service and clean office. I did not have any lines to wait in and the staff was well experienced.
