I called to find out exactly which tests I needed and they immediately knew what I needed, put an order in and told me about the discount they offer Medishare customers without me even asking for it. Exemplary efficiency, honesty and product knowledge. I received an email with confirmation of payment and form to present to the testing facility and links to schedule a time. 24 hours after my call I had my test results in hand.
