Waste of money. The local labs they send you to are overcrowded, full of germs and not helpful. I am immunocompromised and couldn't wait for hours in a germy lab. They will not refund me because it is past the 21 day period. We also had a hurricane right after I paid for this and the whole town was closed for weeks. Go to your own doctor. Do not use this service.

The clinical visit was a waste of time and money. Based on the description, it was meant to help me understand the test results and provide steps forward. I chose this visit based on the available time that fit my schedule. However, the appointment was not honored at the scheduled time; the call came over an hour early, interrupting a meeting. I made time for the visit, hoping it would meet the expectations outlined in the description. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with did not go through the test results in detail. They simply indicated that the results could mean anything or nothing, and suggested that I consult a doctor to have them explained and to decide what the results mean. Ultimately, everything led back to the recommendation to see a doctor. What is the point of paying for a consultation to receive test results and next steps if I'm only going to be told to see a doctor for explanations? Please revise your description to accurately reflect the service that will be provided.

Stay away from this company. Not only their products are crap, once they have your credit card details they keep on taking money for things not ordered. 100% scam

This company is not trustworthy and waste your time and money. I purchased a test went to the directed facility for them to say they do not offer the test I paid for and scheduled using healthlab. I would suggest going to a reputable healthcare provider. This company is misinformed and take your money without delivering the services you paid for. I do not recommend this company.

Paid for lab online- selected location for test made appointment. Went to the lab, and they did not have me in the system. I nicely asked to be reimbursed, and they want to keep 20%. I said your systems are not syncing, I wasted two hours for nothing, and you want me to pay you? It is not my fault; nothing was performed all they need to do is refund. They want to offer a 25-dollar credit and have me keep the tests for future use- no thank you. I asked to please refund me I do not want anything extra. Round and round in circles. Schedule directly with the local labs, do not involve third party company like this. No service was performed!!

Went to lab that was supposed to be open but was closed-no note on the door or anything. Went to list and drove to another lab that was listed but they could not see me either as they stated there wasn’t enough time and I should have made an appointment. I want my money back. Update: Texted (yep can’t call them apparently) and was told couldn’t get a full refund on my $28 test. Told I could get a refund MINUS 20%. When ai said no, they then changed to a $15 refund. I also declined and am going to file a BBB report.

Absolute horrible transaction. Setup a consultation to review bloodwork on our son ($100) phone call fee. Patienoy waited by the phone during the 2 hr call window they provided, only to have the call drop within 2 seconds and them tell us we'd have to pay another $100 for a second call and hope the call doesn't drop. I suppose of you're a gambling person, have fun and play roulette on your phone. Crazy unheard of.

Seems like a scam. They sent me to a closed lab. Can’t reach them on the phone AT ALL!! only texts. Still they don’t answer. Made me go from one place to another.
