Fast and easy.

It was an extremely seamless process working with this service. Unfortunately this was the first privately ordered test that our regular clinic had seen, so they were confused how to handle it. I contacted the 24/7 number and the customer services rep was prepared to assist and waited patiently for 15 minutes while the clinic got it situated. Turned out there is a bar code that the clinic should have scanned but didn’t... it truly is that simple. Had our clinic realized how easy it was, I would have been in and out in under 10 min. Health Labs communicates effectively and it’s extremely easy to access what you need, from paperwork to results. I will definitely use this service again.
