Good and fast

STD results came back and I will go into testing for peace of mind. Great fast results would highly recommend for anyone experiencing painful burning when peeing.

Health Labs made it easy and fast for my husband and I to be tested for Covid-19 antibodies. We ordered the test, went to a nearby lab the same day and had our results by the next morning. I would totally recommend them and I will use them in the future.

A pleasant departure from the corporate markup monsters and legends who usually polarize the experience for many. Nope, pandemic efficiency and execution was in full effect. I live near 3 locations, two of which are on the same road at opposite ends of town. I didn't realize one did walk-ins and appointments and the other did only walk ins, and I didn't realize that until I drove to the wrong location first. But, these guys are used to struggle bus people like me, and 7 minutes later I was at the proper spot, was remotely screened for temp and spaced in my own zone. I didn't wait more than 4 minutes to go in, 10 minutes to provide samples, and and not even 18 hours before the results came pouring in. My fiance and I both noticed the birthday and name information was jumbled with other data on the page, which appeared to be a privacy thing, but they did make the change to the correct info when at the contract Quest facility. This did cause a delay in my results delivery because they had to verify that the changes were in fact me and I was the proper gender and person since the info and results returned back different than it went out. Phone support was painless and American.

When SCL Health wouldn't give me their prices forctheclabs my Dr. ordered, I just left. I started looking for a lab service that was up front about prices, and transparent on exactly what I was getting for the money. I ordered the tests, printed out the lab form, and went and got my tests done at the Walgreens. Excellent experience!
