Health Labs automatically informed me that while I could go to that location, that location was experiencing long delays in processing and delivering results. Health Labs helped me select another location without a wait -- and I had my results in less than 24 hours!

The lab requisitions were fast and I had the most ease talking to their customer service. I used other ones to see if it would be the same experience, and it was HORRIBLE. My calls were dropped, and the online support knocked me out the chat. Even if the prices are steep, I would rather my questions be answered then to try to save a few bucks
