Their service is pretty good. I usually use them about once every year just because i get so anxious waiting for results, which sometimes can take forever to receive if you go through your doctor and sometimes they dont even call to say nothing is wrong. Love that you dont have to play 21 questions in order to get any testing like you would at the doctor.. just order the test you want, pay, choose a testing location and thats it. Results usually come within the next 2 to 3 days. I think i might’ve had a delay in results like 1 time and im sure that it was due to inclement weather. May be more expensive than visiting the doc or a clinic but may be worth it if you think about a year’s worth of results/testing vs paying several copays over the course of the year. Also, they usually have some type of coupon especially if you’re a returning customer.
