HealthLabs.com was private and quick, compared to how long a doctor's office would take. It's true that I had to pay out-of-pocket, and that they don't take insurance. However, I got the test that I needed, without the embarassment of asking a doctor. The only bad thing that I would mention is that they locked me out of my account, and that I had to call in to unlock it.

Great Service and routine care options. Once you order through here, you don't need any appointment to go to Quest or LabCorp -- your choice. If you directly to those labs for test and compare the cost -- HealthLabs beat them hands down. Thanks to their patient care reps also, great and immediate service.

Great service -- both for lab choice and explanation of labs. They have great package for routine health care labs -- unlike going directly to major labs. Also I had some issue with account access and they had great US based patient care service and took care of me immediately.

We prepaid our lab work. Upon arrival at the lab we were directed to check-in at the kiosk. I waited a few minutes until my name was called. I had my ID checked, blood drawn (very good phlebotomist no bruise at site), gave urine sample, done. Very polite and efficient staff. Results in email overnight. Thanks.

Very easy process!. Ordering the test was a breeze. I was in and out of the lab in less than 10 minutes. They were friendly and professional and did a perfect job of drawing my blood which it typically takes a phlebotomist a few tries. I will be using this service again!
