Easy to use ...I like that I can choose the tests that I want, or that my Dr. requests and that instead of paying the middle man mark-up (the doctor)...I can save a lot of money on my health care. I have no insurance and this service is very helpful..

The experience was simple and easy. I had my results in two days. The only negative was logging in to view my results. It's a process to get through the security and confirm that you are not a robot. However, buying the test and getting the blood work were very easy and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Had a few issues with getting logged in, but the customer service team did a great job fixing it for me. Easy and quick!

I have no problems with my experience but am concerned about the accuracy of my results. I have had allergy tests before that result in a long list of allergens and intolerances to many foods yet this result came back with no allergens to any food items.
