Hello from start of order to completion of services everything was informative and easy to understand. It took less than 20 minutes for me to checkin to my lab and be called back and less than 10 minutes to complete my blood draw. Two days later I received my result for my antibody test and it was also understandable. The result was inside my messages just as the order process said it would be when I purchased the test.
