I wanted to post a review of the amazing service I've received from HealthLabs.com, and in particular, one of their employees. I am separating from the Navy after 32 years and due to circumstances, I could not properly outprocess correctly. With only 5 weeks left to complete a process that takes nearly one full year, I was completely stressed out having to remotely do everything myself and pay for all the necessary tests, labs, etc. Bottom line up front (TL/DR): I scoured the internet for a local facility that would be able to complete all of the required labs. After checking many reputable sites, I thought I'd have to spend $800 dollars for everything I needed. Then I found HealthLabs.com. Their websites seemed promising, their prices were out of this world and "too good to be true" compared to other more nationally prominent "every street corner" locations yet it turned out 100% perfectly I took a leap of faith, used their 3rd party website and dialed my credit card information into the fields, chose a location (several to choose from) and paid. As I was checking out, the website prompted me with a warning message that made me a bit unsettled as I had chosen a location that was close to me and I had personally gone to it that morning to confirm it's authencity, time to receive results, etc.) and the warning said that there was significant delays in receiving lab results. Because my retirement was counting on the results, which would allow me to proceed with the process, I reluctantly selected their recommendation. It was the best choice. The alternative lab was SO much better and most importantly, the employee at Labcorp was so much more personable and kind. Her name is Dottie and she was an angel. It wasn't a meatgrinder experience. I was immediately seen and she took the time to compassionately listen to my tale of woe. My pension (retirement) was on the line and I'm unemployeed. Dottie went above and beyond to listen and support me. And, most importantly, I had lab results in my inbox within 12 hours, waiting for me when I got up this morning. A 6-star experience!

The customer agent was really wonderful. She made it all clear and easy to get done. The discount was excellent more than what I expected. I got surprised!!
