The website is super user friendly. The chat people were able to answer all my questions and the test were really easy to order.

Fast processing and convenient locations

Great service for easy ordering and obtaining lab results at a great price. BUT, my only suggestion is that I be able to log in to my account a VIEW PAST RECEIPTS of how much I paid. Please add this function to the website.

Staff is awesome, and very helpful, and nice. The only thing is that on the website it says they open at 7:30 am and the truth is they open at 8am.

Easy to schedule. No wait at the lab. Friendly staff. No trouble with the draw. Not really convinced with the results. My test results were significantly out of range when taken 6 months ago at the hospital. These results show in range but I’m still havin symptoms. Need to verify then will update this review.

Fast easy, useful interface. You and press a button to fax your order right to the lab of your choice. Results came even faster than expected. Price match with another company was achieved sucessfully but was slow.

We should have been able to do this decades ago. Greedy, greedy Doctors make us go to them for knowledge about our own bodies, and insurance companies won't pay for a test without a Doctors suspicion of illness, and test recommendation. In countries with national health care, every citizen is given 40 - 60(full spectrum blood tests as routine... at no cost, just to keep an eye on things, to ward off illness before it gets expensive, and deadly. Here in the U.S. no one stands to make money with that practical system. At least we have HealthLabs now to be our own guardians of health.
