My experience visiting the office was great. The receptionist was very helpful in helping me with my forms for the test and I didn't have to wait long to take the test.

Booking process, pricing and convenience were all there, they all played a big role in making this process easy to test, when I needed some help from the customer service, they gave me the best experience in solving a small issue.

Called the 800 number to get an appointment for bloodwork, went in a few days later to the lab and was in and out within minutes. Faster than McDonalds drive thru! Got my results the next day, I couldn't be happier with the service.

I ordered routine tests myself. The website was easy to navigate and gave excellent explanations of tests. The results showed up as soon as they were released by LabCorp. The prices were much lower than anywhere else that I looked.

Wait time as low and were able to explain to me the instructions even with language boundary.
