Process was quick and efficient. Everyone was really nice but did get a bruise which probably was not their fault but would've nice to not have one which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. Other than that it was a great experience.

The COVID-19 antibody test I took was offered at the best price I could find and is in fact the same test that Quest charges more for. The online ordering was easy and the blood draw at a local lab was quick and easy. Results came back in less than 24 hours. There are some small glitches to overcome in coordinating with local labs where the blood work can be done but these were fairly easy to overcome.

got the 10 panel with HIV RNA and the results for 9/10 came pretty quick (paid rush fee) but the HIV RNA took 4 days (even tho results were guaranteed 1-2 days) and it made me worried! all results came negative thank God!

I arrived at the lab wearing a mask as a walk-in appointment, after registering and paying online beforehand. There was a kiosk for check-in. The chairs in the waiting room were spaced out, two per side. There was a screen announcing how long it would be before it was my turn. The only odd thing about that was the wait time kept jumping around. Mine jumped from 23 minutes to 18 minutes to 35 minutes to 8 minutes, etc. I was actually there about 30 minutes. Most people wore masks, but not everyone. The phlebotomist was very kind and efficient. I was told I would get my results in 3-5 days, but they arrived in 2 days. It was a clean environment. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer present which each person used before leaving the lab.

This was super easy and took less than five minutes. The results were sent to me by email in less that 24 hours. I do think I paid a little more than if I had gone directly to the labs website but I am still satisfied.

The wait was longer that I would like, but the technician drawing my blood was excellent, and the facility was clean. The outside door was locked, which concerned me in case of a fire, since then we wouldn't be able to get out. I received my results in a very expeditious time period.
