Setting up and purchase of tests pretty straight forward. Orderd, had blood drawn, and are still waiting for results. Going on 7 days wait for results. Was expecting what i had read in reviews and that was "turn arpund" in 1-3 days.

Online experience went well, however, one of the tests code number was different than the blood work place so the nurse spent a long time on the phone trying to get it fixed. It was fixed but an experience that should have taken maybe 10 minutes was 45 minutes.

It was a holiday week so I didn't expect it to be done in 1-2 business days. I had the test on the 23rd and when I didn't receive an email by the 28th I called and they had the results. I just found the chat function very unhelpful. I received the same canned response to any inquiry I had. All responses directed me to phone. It is a bit pricey but it is (or would have been) quick, easy and discreet.
