Smooth, convenient, quick process
The whole process from searching for the right test to payment and receiving the lab requisition form was so smooth. There's an option to fax the form directly to the lab. Very highly recommend. The amount of time it would have taken my dad's doctor to justify and order these tests makes utilizing health labs a no brainer.

Organized
Organized. There was a delay but they came out to explain the situation and took it under control. The pathologist were really nice and helpful. Results were in within 24 hours. Overall a very good experience.
