i have not recieved my results and i have recieved no contact even though with each time i request to speak with someone i get a message that says someone will contact me within the next 12 hours or 24 hours(the message varies) Do not pay for this service, especially if you want your results in a timely manner.

Horrible experience! Slow - had to spend so much extra time trying to get my results. The customer service wasn't great either. Don't use them if you need a quick and easy way to get test results, you will have to track all of it down and call so many customer service reps just to get your answers and then there will still be an incredible delay. I won't use them again!

I was optimistic about getting results in their 24-48 hr. window. It took 6 full days. The 24 hr. customer service was 'down' as I was unable to contact them. The last contact with customer service was a failure as I had asked to speak with a supervisor or management. Waited until I couldn't wait any longer due to an appointment. Asked for someone to contact me. No response. Lab results could not be read and understood and were ambiguous on two items. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

Signed up for testing and was told there would be no further fees. The hospital doing the test sent me a bill. I let healthlabs know twice and they stated that they would take care of it. They did nothing, the bill was sent to collections and I ultimately had to pay the bill to avoid additional problems. Do not trust the claim by health labs that there would be no additional fees or that they will help you through the process.

Delayed results - not as fast as advertised (1-3 days).

The first two times I used this service there were no issues. I recommended the service to several friends. I have since had to rescind that recommendation. The last time I used this service, I ordered the tests, fasted, and had blood drawn as usual. I never received any results. In fact, I never received one response after multiple inquiries as to when I could expect results. No response at all. Nothing! But they did charge me! Users beware.

I had a problem with the test I ordered, so I called Customer Service. The woman I spoke to was rude, unhelpful, and condescending. I was appalled. It was not only frustrating to not get the results I was looking for from the test, I was demeaned over the phone. When I asked to speak to someone else, she transferred me to an unnamed voicemail box which then hung up on me. Terrible experience.

1. When you order tests, you'll receive only partial instructions on how to perform the testing in your account. It will for instance say to contact customer service (which means being on hold for a long time on the phone) to get fasting instructions (which you can't really do without). That should simply be provided along with the instructions, there should be no need to "pull" that information from a customer service over the phone. Forget about getting it from the online chat either -- they simply refer to you to customer service for anything but sales information. 2. "Get your lab results within 1-2 days!" is what the site says, but the reality is that (out of a sample of 2 tests) *nothing* is released until you ask for it. And to ask for it, you need to call them (again, online chat will refer you to the customer service), which means being on hold. First time, i ended up calling 4 days after the test took place. Second time, 20 days.
