Horrible experience. The website is terrible. I picked my tests, and my lab, and it said it could get me into a lab immediately (which is absurd, it's sunday and I am getting tests that require fasting). But then it told me the lab I picked was busy so I should pick another one. Meanwhile, they had ALREADY CHARGED MY CARD. Wait are you kidding?? I don't even have a date yet, you just told me to pick this lab and a minute later change your mind but you paid yourself? Time for a class action suit. They said they are going to want the 20% fee, and I had to call a zombie on their 800 # to cancel my account. Seriously, how could you make a web experience worse?? 1 is too good for these small bore grifters.

I had a wonderful experience until I came down to collecting my lab results. I tested on a Friday early afternoon. I needed a receipt (called Mon) and the lady said she had some results and the other would be available by Wed (3rd business day). I called the morning of the 4th business day 10:30am, the person put in a request to expedite she said I should have had the results because this is a normal test and I should hear back within 24 hours. After not hearing from the company I called at almost 6 pm on Friday. The man said that they were just informed that my lab work was not sent off until Monday to another facility out off state and I should have my results by next Thursday. Had I been told by the 1st two people that my results should be expected past the normal wait I wouldn't be upset. Also would have been nice to be informed of the delay. I work in healthcare. I had an interview that I needed to show my results for. I looked unprepared and then gave them the wrong information that my results should be soon. Next Thursday will be 9 business day.

Be careful. If you are trying to get a refund even it is immediately, they will not let you get your money back. I put in my order and tried to cancel immediately. I didn't want the product and they made me pay a full 20% of the cost which was about $80. I know that I should of thought more before I bought, but still it would have been nice if they would have honored the fact for a full refund of even a more like 5% cancellation fee.

When I inquired about the test, it was never told that the test would take more than a week. This was disclosed to me after I called them up following up reg. my test results.That leaves me concerned about the accuracy of the test. It would have been more ethical and customer-friendly , had this been disclosed before the test was taken. Referring me to the lab for further follow-up seems like gross negligence and hostile. Thanks !

terrible hours customer service non existent, can't cacel order without a fee

Don't use them if you want your script in a timely fashion! I ended up disputing with my bank (and winning) because they took over 72 hours to actually get the script to me. If I would have requested a refund, they would have charged me a 20% "convenience fee" Gross! Never doing business with them again.

Awful customer service. I ordered a test for my son who is a MINOR. I was sent email instructions for account setup which did not work so I called for help. They said they would not do it unless they could talk to my son. I said my son is in school and I have the medical authority over him so why can't the company set up the account for me? The customer service rep said she could not. I then asked for a refund. She said she would need authorization from my child (who is in school and who is a MINOR, who did not pay for this test in the first place) for authorization to refund my money. REALLY? The customer service rep was also very rude. I am working with my credit card company for a refund and ordering the same test from another company which is significantly cheaper. Do your research! Update: I still have not received my refund almost two months later. I am having my credit card company handle this since the customer service rep refused to give me one. If minors are not allowed to order tests, then when a birthdate is entered, an order should be prevented. Not difficult to do.
