HealthLabs.comReviews of healthlabs.com

Avoid Healthlabs.com; People in New Jersey; BEWARE. You can buy the Covid-19 test for $119.00 directly from Quest, with a $10.30 "physician oversight" fee for the independent physician. This company HealthLabs.com is charging $169.00. How pathetic to be profiteering during a pandemic. Call Quest Labs directly to schedule the Covid-19 Antibody testing. If you book the appointment through Healthlabs.com, and find out later that they are up charging by $50.00, if you ask to cancel they keep 20% of your money. RUN, avoid this company.

On Jan 20, 2020 I previously wrote a glowing praiseworthy review for HealthLabs. Today, Feb 13, 2020, I must amend the review to include a note about their BOGUS practice regarding their request and enticement for customers to give them a review. They promise $10. for a review on Facebook or TrustPilot. Sounded good to me! However, after making a ridiculous amount of follow up calls, emails, and chats - as of today I have not received the $10. I was told by a rude, impatient customer service rep to call my financial institution and let them figure out where the $10. went. Right. "Hello bank. HealthLabs said they credited my charge card with $10 but offers no date, confirmation number, authorization number, nothing useful or confirming to help me help you in locating the $10 bucks." And a call like that would take half a day for the response of "they did not issue it." Pretty lousy of HealthLabs for $10 bucks.

Beware! Service is only for 18 years or older, and "cancel anytime" does involve a 20% cancellation fee. I placed the cat allergy test for myself then attempt to place an order for my kids, too late to learn. Since we can't get a test for the kids, I do not need it for myself. I called within 15 minutes and tried to explain, but seem like a click of order cost me 20% of my money. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

I went in for a blood sample on a Monday at Quest diagnostics after having to leave work early to do so. The lady at the building was very nice. However after 3 days I still dis not have a results notice. They put a trace on my test and I called just to make sure because the blood test results were very important. The customer service at health labs told me they’d track down my blood sample. Fast forward 5 days to Saturday and still no results and I get word I have to go back in to give another sample because they misplaced my previous one. The facilities are closed on saturdays after 12 and all day Sunday so I have to wait till Monday to go in again. When asked if they could expedite my results and waive the 50 dollar fee for doing so I was told no. Even after they had delayed my results and by 4-5 days essentially and misplaced my blood specimen.A 50 dollar fee isn’t a huge issue but it’s the circumstances behind it by which I have a huge issue now. I work in the health field and have all the patience in the world but you think they’d be a bit more accommodating after such a situation and having to need these results. Here’s hoping it goes better this time around

I put my card information on the website and then changed my mind and exited out. I NEVER clicked on “pay now” or “continue” but somehow still got charged. When I called their customer service line they said I would get charged 20% for canceling. I never canceled. I never even bought it. In order to get it waived they offered to transfer me to a manager. When they would transfer me to a manager the call would end. This happened 4 times. Unbelievable. I’ve used this service in the past but after this, never again.

Asked for expedited service, could not get assistance on how to request, customer service never emailed back, having to reschedule imaging procedure for another date.

I am having a bad experience with health labs.My test results have been delayed for more than 3 business days.I had to make repeated calls to the customer care to enquire about my reports ,but I am not getting a satisfactory feed back.It is frustrating as I had to cancel and reschedule my physician appointment twice because of this delay. My samples were drawn on 15th of October at 11am.It is the 21st of October and I am still clueless about the reports.I hope I get a prompt response from the lab ASAP.
