I you are even entertaining the idea of getting a test done through this online service; please read and take warning!! Your results WILL be shared with others. They will call you on your personal phone demanding to talk to you if anything shows up positive. They will then tell you if you do not discuses it with them, you will be getting calls from your state health department. Even after I spoke with them over the phone, they still gave my information to a place in SC called Health Screening Lab and they sent a certified letter to my house with a lot of personal information. Please be aware that you will not have privacy and confidentiality about your results. They send sensitive information directly to your home!

Purchasing and scheduling blood work for my mom was so easy. I got the confirmation in a few seconds. I printed the order and went to the lab after that. No problems or overcharge at all. Mom did the test and got the results online after less than two hours.

A lot of PAID and fake reviews here. Fast to pay, hard to find a place to get tested. After paid on the website,I went to 2 different labs (10min and 25min by car), both of them told me it was by appointment only (and nobody answers in the phone when you call them), and the ppointment was 10 days later. I called Healthlabs and they said they found an appointment which is at 40 min of car. So I drove a total of 2h30 to have a simple blood test. Last thing, they give a 10dollars refund if you put a good feedback, is that a normal practice ? Nope.

Found this business online while searching for a place to get a cholesterol screening. Filled out the information required and then decided NOT to use their services. DID NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT NOR SEEK THIER SERVICES! Later I receive my credit card bill showing that I have been charged $149.00. Called the 800 number for Healthlabs.com and speak to car and then supervisor, Christian. I am told they will only refund 80% of my money as they have some kind of legal mumble jumble on their site that gives them the right to keep 20%. NOT HAPPY AND WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAINNOR RECOMMEND IT! Have also filed a complaint with BBB.

don’t recommend. they take forever with test results and customer service is garbage. able to get a test easy but in order to get results it’s forever. especially if you need your blood work results sooner so you can stop stressing

We went to a Health Lab for Covid 19 Immunity testing. The person who drew our blood refused to wear a mask. He comes very close to one's face while taking the blood sample. He stated that he already had the virus and therefore, does not need to wear a mask. The Lab also charged us twice for the same test and refuse to refund the mistaken charge offering a credit instead. Stay away!!

This company promotes overpriced services & utilizes an “anonymous” text feature that notifies individuals to get tested. The issue is: 1. Their products are extremely overpriced. 2. There is no Oversight/ legitimacy to simply buy bulk numbers and ‘synonymously’ inform individuals they have been exposed to a disease. 3. Overpriced testing + call centers: seems like a massive scam to convince individuals that their services are necessary. Filing a complaint with FTC

They offer you the expedited fee telling that they will release you the results in 12 hours. They don't mention business hours but only hours... You pay (in my case it doubled the price of the bloodtest) and they don't deliver it. If you ask, they say it is 12 business hours (what was not mentioned before and if you will have to wait for that makes no sense to pay the expedited fee as it means at least 2 business days!!!) Be careful!!!
