Made a appointment with my doctor, who is 2 doors away. Walked over the person rushed out the door and locked it with her head door. Ran away from me, I was 2 steps from the door. No conversation about being closed or going to lunch with me or the doc office.

Bought the lab work on 4/21/2021 for my wife. Was directed to go to Labcorp which I did on 6/4/2021. Presented my lab order and receipt. Now I'm getting bills from Labcorp who does not honor / recognize the receipt paid to Healthlabs which by the way is 2.3 time the cost I paid. Tried to resolve a month ago. If I can't get this resolved I will take legal action.

I ordered on health lab before and everything went well until my last order. I was just doing a checkup (wellness panel) and it was a nightmare. I went to the lab, and they pulled an old fulfilled prescription and did the wrong test on me. Granted I had not brought the printed requisition (I never had to before), I still do not know how they accessed the old one and how it was completed (knowing that no one paid for it ?). So I had to go back to the lab and redo the testing. Which I did, bringing this time the form, the lab technician couldn't find the order (when healthlab website specifies that we can go to any labcorp). She had to manually type in everything and somehow messed up my name when It was correctly spelled on the form. She used my middle name which wasn't on the requisition instead of my first name. Fast forward to a few days later, my results aren't showing up and healthlab pretty much tell me they are lost. They said they investigated but couldn't reach labcorp. There was no way I was doing the collection a 3rd time, so I called LabCorp myself. Low and behold I got someone right away and in 2 minutes they found my results. Then It was 3 days of back and forth from LabCorp and healthlab to get the results released (since they had to get the name fixed). I asked health lab for a partial refund or anything they could do since it had been such a hassle to get my results AND that I basically had to do their job and investigate with LabCorp to find my own results. They denied it, they only said they might be able to get me a coupon for a future order, I'm not even sure I will order again from there. So long story short, their customer service wouldn't offer anything for a bad experience and a huge waste of time (amount of time I had to spend on the phone to get my results), and they can "lose" your results.

In April I bought 3 bottles for £121.23 I noticed two debits for this amount on my credit card and informed them of the mistake immediately. They told me it was “a bank issue” and would look into it. It’s now late June and I still have no refund. No reply to emails or messages. Don’t deal with these people.

I tried easy digest just over a month, quite frankly I believe them to be a fraud! They did not help at all with any of my joint pains nor did they help with my bloating in fact whilst taking these tablets I ended up with more wind than ever before. If that was not bad enough when I tried to get through to customer services at 9 AM, then again at 9:05, 9:10, 9:15, and at 9:20AM I kept on getting the same message "the office is now close please ring between 9 AM and 5 PM"I finally got through at 9:25 in the morning. When I finally spoke to someone they were extremely offhand and were quick to point out even I was not aware of it that I would have to pay a fee of £10 which they would deduct from the hundred and £99.80 I spent before making the refund, and contrary to the advertisement any unused products need to be returned (not just three empty bottles) so I now have the expense of shipping also to come off of my money. Please be warned if it sounds too good to be true it probably is too good to be true and is a blatant lie, the only thing they're interested in is getting your money!

Misleading advertising. Ripoff. Filled out form for a test. Website sends me to a location where I am supposed to be able to walk in and get the tests done. Drove across town to the site thinking I'd be there an hour at the most. As it turns out staff at the testing site had no idea when I could be seen. They accept walk-ins ONLY AFTER THEY HAVE SEEN THEIR SCHEDULED PATIENTS which means I MIGHT HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOURS to get a test done. That's the same story at all the testing locations they contract with but it doesn't say that on the HealthLabs site. They say you can walk in but the truth is THEY HAVE NO CLUE AS TO HOW LONG IT MIGHT TAKE FOR YOU TO BE SEEN. Here's the corker. I gave up waiting. Called for a refund. THEY ONLY REFUND 80% of what you paid. Calling the 20% they steal a "cancellation fee"... a cancellation fee for a non appointment and no service. Don't trust companies that operate like this. Their advertising far exceeds the actual quality of service.

I found this website when looking to get a Covid antibody test. These are supposed to be covered by Medicare. So I registered through this website and was presented a list of supplier locations to select from which I did. At the location after the blood draw, I asked about how to file a Medicare claim. I asked the lab tech, who then went to the apparent office manager. Neither had ANY idea what would be involved. She only said to go back to the healthlabs. They were clueless. After the results came back, I did find documentation under my account and filed a claim with Medicare. However, it was REJECTED - apparently because the documentation Healthlabs provided was not adequate, missing something or ?. I don;t know. The Healthlabs website has NO information about how to file claims with insurance. They just take your money and run. I now have to fight with the government bureaucracy. Also, note that all the glowing reviews here are submitted by people with only one or two other reviews. This is a clear indication of paid review stuffing.
