Health Labs again charged me for blood work that is part of my wellness visits. They fraudulently charge you and hope you don't notice the issue and just pay the bill. NW is part of the problem as well-have contacted them numerous times and they are avoiding dealing with the issue-no transparency on either end. Check your Health Labs bill if you recently went in for your annual wellness visit. Preventative Lipid panels are free under the ACA. Health Labs wants additional information-I was contacted by Health Labs but I still have a balance due that hasn't been fixed. NW still has not sent the claim to my insurance. NO TRANSPARANCY with Northwestern billing.

When we signed up to get the testing done we were told that it would take up to 1-3 business days. Since the blood draw was done on a Friday I accepted that results probably wouldn’t be in until at least Tuesday. Well Tuesday came and went and nothing. So I called in and was told there were no results and that I would have them by end of day next day. Well Wednesday came and went and still nothing so I call again and again I am told that I should have results by end of the day. But if not to call back the next day and the would push the lab to get results quicker. I was also told at this time that since the testing I was having done wasn’t a super specific that there was no reason that I shouldn’t have results by end of day. We’ll surprise surprise nope no real suits. I call back the next morning early to get things moving and then am told that because I’m getting a specific test done that it could take a day or two more. The person on the phone told me that she would push things through and that I should hopefully get results within 24 hours and that I would receive and email letting me know the lab got the push. The email came towards the end of the day to which I was told 10 business days. At this point I’m pissed because every time I’ve called I’ve been told “Oh just wait one more day.” I don’t have one more day I needed those results asap and the fact that no one I talked to seemed to have any idea how the lab actually works. At this point the test results are obsolete to me. It’s too late. But when I needed someone to give me an accurate answer none were given. I was told to call back and call back and honestly it’s pure incompetence. If I had been told up front how long this would have taken and the hoops I would have had to jump through I would have said no thanks and moved on to the next thing. Instead I have wasted my time and I have wasted my money neither of which is an acceptable way to run a business.

AWFUL! Use someone else. I understand that thing do happen but the problem is how they handled it. My lab specimens were lost. After numerous calls and on hold I was able to get a new order to redo them. They acted that they are doing me a favor and not apologetic that this is a big mistake. No one has time to wait a week for lab results then spend so much time to try to figure it out that they are lost and the Challenging part is to get a new order in. I really hope they are not charging me again. I am done with them. I am never going to use them.

STAY AWAY!!! Google searched on fast local blood test needed for college athlete. Selected local lab put in cart. Paid....Immediately screen went to a message "WE FOUND A BETTER LAB!" (their caps not mine) and suggesting other locations (one hour round trip vs. ten minute round trip) because the selected location was currently experiencing delays. DO NOT BUY unless you are willing to take your chances that your selected lab isn't busy. Then they are trying to keep 20% of the cost after they misled you with what you were purchasing. As this was before 8am, I suspect they had this info while it was in my cart, but unscrupulously waited until I paid before letting me know. THEN... would only refund 80% despite the fact that less than 1 minute transpired and their suggested location 28 traffic signals away was not convenient and would never have selected.

I had a 12 panel drug test done and it took an entire week to get results, not 24-48 hours as advertised. THEN, the results did not include THC which is the most obvious of the 12 drugs they were supposed to test for. When I called they told me that it was a lab error and I would have to take the test over again, AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. After I complained enough they offered to refund me half of the amount I originally paid. Half. But I’d still need to pay for a new test and wait another week for results. Oh, and the manager in charge of these decisions is Lisa Owens. Again, Lisa Owens refused to provide a full refund or at the very least give me a free 12 panel test. Hope you see this Lisa.

It has been a week since my blood was drawn for an allergy and I still do not have my test results. Allergy tests take 2-3 BUSINESS days, so they tell me. Only after 3 business days can they escalate your case. After escalation I am told it takes an additional 1-2 business days to get the results. Had my blood drawn on a Friday and it is now the following Friday. I am being told they should have my results by next week.

It was great results back fast. Will def6use again

This company did not provide the services I purchased refused a refund and then fraudulently said I received it cause if my chargeback to not be approved. Now I’m out over 100$ Sketchy company
