The continuous connection to Carey and Stacey through live chat and video opportunities increased motivation, validity, authenticity, and trust as we processed through the lessons. The fact that most of the training videos included Carey and Stacey also increased my interest and improved the legitimacy of what we were trying to learn. I had a few minor technology issues with the user friendly status of locating information and with recognizing when and where to add comments. But overall it was a great, fulfilling, and quality experience. Thank you very much for offering this rich and productive program.

I have invested lots of money with HCI and when I was told about Pathway and how it will prepare me for the National Boards well that’s far from the truth … and it’s disheartening that nothing was done about it. I had to pay for outside training and studying for the Boards. I do not recommend Pathway.

My experience was great because Stacey and Carey are so relatable, grounded and common sense in their teaching approach. Their coaching system, which is very thorough, works 100% of the time. HCI is a great program to get you into the coaching space. The program helps you get grounded around your own areas that may need some coaching and the support in their BHLC program is great. I really appreciated the peer coaching sessions more than I thought I would and find those to be of high value even after completing the program. As a graduate of TCM as well, I found that program to go much more in depth as far as coaching is concerned and the business plan. However, I would say it could be good to go outside of HCI for the advanced course as I crave other approaches to building a business now too. Stacey and Carey are great as well as the other coaches who support us and I think it is a good idea to branch out to other sources for the more advanced ways to coach and building your business.
