The lessons were delivered well. I liked having the transcripts of the presentations to copy and use for quick reference later. The lab assignments gave us practice in what we learned. This teaching style works for both visual and auditory learners.

I loved the detail in each lesson and the examples. I set out to have my Health & Life coaching certification to validate what I was already doing. But the changes in me after each skills lab were amazing. Hands down a great course!!
