The quality of knowledge that is provided is not suitable or in depth to my liking or needs. Another person I met for a skills lab feels the same. There is no depth and no gain. I request a withdrawal but they seem to keep students hostage and keep mentioning a students ability to make payments. They reject my request to withdraw. But I’m making arrangements to do so regardless they accept my desire to stay. They’re “policy” is students have to make full payment student has to and they will charge your bank or card regardless students permission. That ain’t happening yo me. Scam site in my opinion. Not for me

The videos really help you prepare for the skill labs. I am growing in confidence after after each mock session as a coach. I have also been able to self reflect and work on my own short comings.

Great program! It is very well put together and I like the pacing of having lessons released each week. I am enjoying each new learning/exercise. There was some confusion about how the Paying Client Course merges with the standard course and which coaching sessions were applicable. However, I was able to get feedback in one of the coaching sessions. I like the self-paced format with ample in-person support options. I just need to be sure that I am not missing anything in particular available in the program for support.

Enjoy the structure of the course and interaction with participants. Concrete examples are shared. Recorded real-life demos have been helpful. It would be nice if the course can be more inclusive for participants located outside of the US. All location names mentioned in the course are a city in the US. The timings of coaching hours, live skills lab, etc. seem to only take US-based participants into consideration. Response to feedback reply: Thank you for making the change. Indeed 8-9pm and 1.30am-2.30am doesn’t fit my schedule. Culturally it doesn’t really fit too well within the European time zone although I am sure there are a few night owls around. It is kind of you to take the feedback into consideration.

The Pathway curriculum was rigorous and prepared future coaches for the real world of wellness coaching. The instructors (Stacy and Tracy) are super helpful, and the Pathway instructors are very competent and capable of preparing graduates to operationalize client-centered care with clients. I highly recommend both the HCI and Pathway training programs.

What made my experience great was how the coaches and mentors made themselves readily available to me via phone call, text, Facebook, Zoom, etc. This allowed me to trust that throughout my journey, I would not have to worry about going on with any doubt unresolved, questions unanswered, or concerns not considered. From day one, Stacey and Carey assured me that this was my journey at my pace in my time. I would definitely recommend this program to any and everyone interested.
